Job description
We are looking for active, honest and reliable individuals to join us for the 2023 season.
We are a small team, more like a family and as such you will become part of the farm family and can enjoy your downtime in our café/bar, enjoying our food or exploring this lovely part of Cornwall.
The Front of House duties will be a mix of bar and cafe. Full training will be given. Full Time and Part Time hours available.

About you:
· You have a passion for customer service and love people!
· You take pride in delivering a consistent, quality service.
· A strong enthusiasm to spur you to achieve individual and team goals.
· You are a natural communicator with the ability to forge strong relationships, lead by example, and embody a positive team spirit.
· Have some experience in a similar role means you are able to recognise when team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
· You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service, supporting the full farm team.

For this position we are looking for local staff or if full time we can offer you a grass pitch for your own caravan or motorhome for the season (if needed) with access to our facilities and free water/electric. You can also make use of our all of our brand new amenities whilst living and working here including enjoying our new farm garden and your pitch will be in a nice quiet area by the pony paddock with views of the valley – the best view in the farm we think!
