Job description
Cobbs is a true highland company, starting in 2002 in the small Loch Ness-Side village of Drumnadrochit. We have since expanded out into the rest of Scotland with our own Brewery, Bakery, 17 Cafes and 5 Hotels scattered across the country!
At Cobbs Cafe Dunfermline, located in the Sterling furniture store, we're looking for a fun, energetic and hardworking Barista/All Rounder to join our close knit team that can make great coffee and provide our customers with even better service!
Your responsilbilites -
Greeting customers and taking their orders.
Preparing various espresso based coffees and teas to a high level with confidence.
Running food and coffee orders to customers tables.
Keeping your station clean and tidy throughout your shift.
Helping with some food preparation.
Ideal candidate -
Experience making espresso based drinks with confidence, understanding milk texturing and latte art.
Has an uplifting personality and likes working closely with other team members.
Is clean and well organised with an attention to detail.
Gives customers the best possible experience they can.
Can remain calm during busy periods.
Is flexible with work scheduling.
Has good communcation skills.
Opening time of the cafe is 10-4, the opening shift starts at 9, so you will never work evenings and in turn will have a great work/life balance.
