Kassap restaurant is a exciting, high end steak restaurant and cocktail bar, in Bold Street Liverpool. We are looking for an experience and motivated bar supervisor and bar staff to join our passionate, creative and highly talented team.
We are looking for an individual with a solid bartender background, to run our bar. The ideal candidate will also be required to supervise the service in the absence of the manager.
The key roles for the position are as follows:
- Oversee the smooth running of the bar, the preparation for service, as well as overseeing service and supervising the after service duties.
- Maximise sales.
- Carryout regular stock takes
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bar tending experience minimum 3 years.
- Experience and ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment delivering a great customer experience.
