Dishoom cafés are bustling spaces where people come together to break down barriers and share in a love of Bombay food and culture. Each of our restaurants pay homage to old Irani cafés and are deeply rooted in some aspect of Bombay history.
Our Manchester café – built within a former Freemasons’ Hall – explores the connection between Bombay and the father of freemasonry in Western India, Sir Manockjee Cursetjee.

We’re looking for strong, energetic and helpful people to join us as a Food Runner/Food Server/Food Service Assistant/ Team Member. You’re a real team player, consistently delivering huge trays of food and drinks to our guests, ensuring all special requests (e.g. allergies) are taken care of.

What to expect
- Contracted minimum 40 hours per week, across 5 days.
- Average pay up to £12- £12.50 per hour inclusive of Tronc
- Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday - Sunday.
- We're an all day dinning Cafe, providing daytime and evening shifts.
- Smart casual dress guidelines - trainers of your choice are a must have!
