Estates & Facilities Management are the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors.
We have a vacancy for a Food Production Supervisor to join our busy campus catering team. Duties include the supervision of food production, assisting the Sous Chef in ordering and stock control and ensuring that high levels of food production and service are always maintained.
Candidates should have relevant experience of working in a catering role, be a skilled team worker and possess excellent customer service skills.
The position currently available is full time (37 hours) on an open ended 52 week contract (5 over 7).
