Multitask Recruitment Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to work for an award-winning, well-established company based in Clayton le Moors. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate. Shift: Sunday - Thursday 8pm - 6am (Till finish) Responsibilities: Production, baking, and packing of various bakery products. Working across multiple production lines. Set up and run machinery used for the manufacture of bakery products to set specifications. Completing documents and records accurately. Manufacture safe, quality food by following all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and working practices. General housekeeping and maintaining the cleanliness of the production areas. Moving equipment such as trolleys and racks safely. Adheres to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products. This list is not exhaustive. Handling meat products including chicken, pork, etc. A Few Things About You: To be a positive and organized individual. Experience working within a similar role is desirable. Level 2 in food safety and hygiene would be preferable, but training can be given. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. To be enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated. Have a positive outlook and enjoy working as part of a team, leading by example. Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy. Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others. Willing to work a flexible shift pattern which includes weekends and Bank Holidays.
