Job description
Responsibilities:- Operate production equipment and machinery in a food production environment- Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for food safety and quality control- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment as needed- Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Collaborate with team members to meet production goalsDuties:- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met- Perform basic math calculations to measure and mix ingredients accurately- Packing finished products using sleeving machine, check weigher and metal detector.- Ability to complete paperwork and tracebility.Requirements:- Previous experience in a food production is required.Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00£11.75 per hour, all breaks paid, overtime available.Location: Hounslow, LondonNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
