Job description

We are currently looking for a number of Production Line Assistants to join our production team based at our food manufacturing facility in Brighton, East Sussex.

We offer excellent pay, overtime & holidays. You will also have the chance to learn about different ingredients used in developing vegan products.

Basic shift overview:

• Various Shifts available between Monday-Friday 8:00 - 18:00
• 16+ hours per week
• Evening shifts & weekends available
• Uniform will be provided
• Immediate starts available for the right candidates.

Job Requirements:

• You must be physically able to work on your feet all day.
• You must be able to travel/commute to Brighton area. There are excellent Train/bus links and on-site parking is available
• You must be honest, reliable and have a positive work ethic.
• Experience within a similar position is not essential, but it is preferred. However, full training will be provided.
• You must be organised, have attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure.
• We are looking for people with a desire to learn and develop.

Basic Duties:

Duties include but not limited to

• Working on assembly line to make various vegan food products using state-of-the-art machinery
• Using packing machinery
• Building cartons for retail packs
• Batch coding all products on the assembly line
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene in the production area and warehouse

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
