Food Production Intake Operative - Night Shift Warrington, North West England, England
Job description
Due to development and growth, Greencore Warrington are looking to recruit Food Production Intake Operative Night Shift on permanent contract. As a Food Production Intake Operative, you will be responsible for stock rotation and checking all goods into order wise system as a priority and reporting any deficiencies to the Zone Manager.
To apply for the role, you must be at least 18 years old and available work for full time.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 17:30pm - 05:30am
Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour
Working as a Food Production Intake Operative you'll be required to:
- Use of a Reach Truck and Manriders
- Unloading vehicles
- QA checks on Intake
- Booking in using S21
- Putting stock away in specific areas
- Stock rotation in chillers, freezers, and ambient stores
- General housekeeping
- Wear PPE - Personal protective equipment
- Great team player - respectful and appreciative towards our Greencore Family.
- Reach Truck lisence
- Comfortable working in a chilled and frozen environment
- High level of accuracy
- Happy with standing for long periods of time, lifting and carrying, as well as other tasks such as cleaning.
- Basic understanding of health & Safety and Food Hygiene (although training will be given)
- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills (assessed at interview)
- Good verbal communication skills
