Talented People are currently working with a highly successful company based in Birmingham who are looking to recruit a Sales Recruitment Manager. The client is seeking a Sales Manager to join this exponentially growing division to be responsible for managing a team of 6 consultants and develop a desk within the clients sector they recruit for. The Role:
- Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates.
- Organising interviews
- Taking detailed information on client vacancy requirements
- Winning new business by building client relationships
- Planning marketing material to advertise jobs.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Consistently developing business within emerging, niche companies
- Drive team sales activity and oversee KPIs
- Mentor and develop consultants and support their recruitment processes.
- Devise energetic and desirable incentives and team building strategies.
- Represent the client at global conferences.
The successful applicant:
· 3+ years 360 recruitment experience
· History of placing senior candidates with average fees of £15k+
· Accountability for own successes
· Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high calibre industry.
· Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience.
· Ability to negotiate high fees and place candidates with salaries of £150k+ across
US or UK markets.
· WFH home one day a week.
Hours Monday to Thursday 12.00pm – 21.00 and Friday 12.00 – 18.00
