Food Product Development Manager
Salary: Up to 55,000
Location: Dunstable - You'll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week

What you'll do:
- Work with stakeholders to develop, short and medium strategic product plans for our restaurant brands based on data from internal commercial reporting, guest insight, market and trend insight.
- Manage the delivery of the menu development in partnership with the project management team and chef team, ensuring alignment and delivery to the Whitbread Restaurant and Premier Inn brand frameworks.
- Work with our insight team to understand our guests, what they want and need from our food and beverage offer across our brands, developing plans which not only meet their expectations, but exceed them.
- Lead, drive, and co-ordinate all projects through the stage and gate process, completing key documentation whilst managing different stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is always available through the Whitbread product database.
- Analyse and report on all NPD activity against targets providing recommendations to drive performance.
What you'll need:
- A passion for food, good understanding of what good looks and tastes like
- An up to date view on consumer and market insight trends
- Brilliant communication skills, managing multiple stakeholders within a matrix
- Strong analytical skills, translating data into commercial insight and action
- Excellent IT skills in excel, PowerPoint and word
- Proven track record of managing multiple/complex development projects
