Wilbur Properties Property Manager

Role Summary

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties (including street retail and small office buildings) located in Silicon Valley. Responsibilities include project management for turnovers and property remodels, coordinating maintenance repairs, providing customer service and interfacing with owners and tenants, marketing and leasing vacancies and performing property inspections. This role entails high visibility both within the company and with our client base.

About You

  • Experience: minimum 5+ years in real estate management. Background in residential (required) & commercial management (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and with superior time management
  • Thrives under pressure and quickly adapts to adverse situations
  • Problem solver who demonstrates logical thinking and provides creative solutions
  • Driven with initiative and the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Quick learner with a high attention to detail
  • Familiarity using AppFolio preferred

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Real estate license REQUIRED
  • Live within the Bay Area
  • Ability to work well with technology including Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Automobile and valid driver’s license.
  • Command of additional languages is a plus
