Launched in late 2021 by brothers Elliot and Sam Day, FieldGoods is a sustainable food company on a mission to make truly incredible ready meals (we hate calling them ready meals but there is no other word for it, they are meals, and they are ready!).
We are an ethically minded business driven by sustainability, quality produce and great tasting food. With 18 months of strong growth behind us, we are now looking to expand our team as we move into our next stage of the business.
We are looking for someone who shares our ambition, to join our team and become a key member of our engine room - the kitchen!
Job Description
The last step of our production journey is to to pack the wonderful food that has been made, you are in charge of how the food is garnished, portioned and looks when the customer receives it. It's a role that requires good attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for portioning, garnishing, sealing and freezing the food.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, who is up for a challenge and the fast paced nature of a start up.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the team to organise and pack the food in an efficient manner
- Portioning food, ensuring consistency
- Organising packaging & labels
- Rotating stock within the freezer
Must Haves
- A good work ethic

- Food hygiene level 2
