We have an exciting opportunity to join our Paste team, where our much loved Patak's paste products are packed, ready for dispatch. This role is Monday to Friday on an alternating 6-2/2-10 shift pattern. The salary for this role is £27,989.66

What's the role about?
As a Cookhouse Technician, you will work collaboratively with the team to adhere to and improve Health & Safety procedures, challenging where necessary. Working to agreed operating standards in the preparation of our products, you will co-ordinate and supervise the supporting operatives whilst ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices are achieved and maintained.
You will also be required to maintain accurate process paperwork and monitor and record performance, reporting issues to engineers/Team Leaders. You will be responsible for carrying out first line investigations into any issues arising and will use judgment and initiative to maintain quality. You may also be asked to provide ad hoc operational cover.
