Food & Beverage Team Member
A brilliant opportunity has arisen here at The Bedford Swan Hotel to join us as a member of the serving team/waiting staff for the Food & Beverage Department consisting of Pen & Cob Brasserie, Anna's Tea Room and a busy Conference & Banqueting Department.
We are looking for passionate and experienced waiting staff to join the team. You will be responsible for taking orders; serving food; speaking with and advising customers; communicating with the kitchen and restaurant manager/supervisors; maintaining health and safety and cleanliness standards in the restaurant; delivering exceptional customer service; and learning about products available in order to be able to sell them to our guests.
We are offering a 30 contract so you must be able to commit to at least 30 hours a week. Regular overtime will also be available depending on levels of business. This role will include weekends and evenings so available during these times is essential. Restaurant experience in a busy, fast paced environment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be confident, with great team working and customer service skills.
