Job Description

The F&B Team member role is a key member of the hotel team, often as the first and last point of contact for all our hotel guests. You will be totally guest focused, ensuring we are creating memorable stays for all our guests, consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

Role in our Family

Your role will be to deliver fantastic service to all the guests in the food and beverage department. You will be required to work a variety of shifts and undertake tasks for prepare the department for service.
Serve all guests by providing the Holiday Inn Brand Service exerience and display the appropriate servcie behaviours.
Ensure that you follow all hotel policies and proceduers in terms of Fire safety and general health and safety. Cash handling, data security and PCI compliance.
Ensure you are fully compliant with food handling regulations and company HACCP rules.
