Luton Hoo Hotel Golf and Spa are looking for a full time Food and Beverage Supervisor (Room Service) devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.
Every memorable dining experience at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa begins behind the scenes with our Food & Beverage teams' commitment to safe and efficient operations. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor (Room Service) you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavours that are hallmarks of our in room dining experience. Your warm, attentive guest service and knowledge of food & beverage will ensure a lasting memory for our guests.
You may also be required to work in our lounge, restaurants and bars which will give you a wealth of experience.
What we are looking for:
At least two years’ luxury experience in a similar role is preferred.
Fluency in English, second language an asset
A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
Computer literate & knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS preferred but not required.
