We’re on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help enhance our visitor’s experience as they take a break from building and wind down in our proud to serve Costa LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Café.

What you need
- Previous managerial experience in a commercial function
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in visual merchandising
- Experience in stock ordering and rotation
- Full of initiative, someone that can think on their feet, problem solve and be decisive
- Be someone that can take the lead when the pressure's on
Reporting into the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of the food and beverage department via best practice, training, coaching and performance management of the retail team.
Daily responsibilities will include effective till operations and till set up, stock control and stock ordering, effective visual merchandising, cash handling procedures, food and drink preparation, food safety and hygiene, stock rotation, point of sale signage, unit cleanliness, queue management and guest flow, product promotions and pricing analysis and upsell activity - identifying new commercial opportunities that will meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
You’ll work with the Commercial Manager in areas such as health and safety to ensure all F&B activities have associated Codes of Safe Working Practices (COSWPs) and that training procedures are in place. You’ll champion the duty management and crisis management procedures for the attraction and take your fair share of these duties on a roster basis.
This is a full time, permanent role. Working any 5 days from 7, including working a regular fair share of weekends and bank holidays as required.
