Gleddoch, one of the most prestigious hotel, golf and spa resorts located in Renfrewshire is recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor to join our existing team. Gleddoch is a 70-bedroom hotel, golf course, luxurious spa with food and beverage outlets.
The food & beverage outlets within Gleddoch are exceptionally busy therefore the ideal candidates will have experience working within a fast-paced service outlet. Previous experience working within a 4-star hotel in at least one of the above areas would be an advantage but not essential.
The main duty of a Restaurant Supervisor at Gleddoch is to offer exceptional levels of service to guests in any of the Food & Beverage areas. The Restaurant Supervisor will ensure that the service levels offered are to the exact specification set out within the departmental standards of performance.

A large part of the role will be to supervise teams daily; therefore, previous experience of supervising people is essential. You should have proven success of leading teams and be on hand to assist with hotel management as and when required.
To be considered for the role of Restaurant Supervisor you should be a great communicator with bags of self-motivation and a great team player. You will need to have a flexible approach to working, Gleddoch operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, therefore, shift work is inevitable.
