Food & Beverage Manager
Do you love the thrill of working in a fast paced entertainment environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at Swansea Arena and to be directly involved in the delivery of world-class performances and events!
Working closely with the Head of Venue Operations, you will be responsible for running the Food and Beverage service for all Arena events including theatre performances, music gigs, and comedy shows – ensuring revenue is optimised and audiences receive efficient and pleasant service. As well as this, you will work closely with the Conference and Events team in the management and delivery of other venue hires such as conferences, banquets and exhibitions.
The successful applicant will have a good eye for detail, be an excellent people manager, and enjoy the planning and delivery of events from initial booking through to debrief.
Health and Safety is an important part of this role – supporting the Venue Management Team in the delivery of all risk related KPIs, especially around the handling of Food and all allergen related mitigations
