Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
  • Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.
  • Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy,, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
  • Assists in opening and procedures in the outlets.
  • Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.
  • Closely monitors the quality of food and beverage service to ensure a consistently high standard.
  • Ensures all the service stations are fully stocked for each service period. Take special care in maintaining all stations’ and bars’ cleanliness and report any damage when it occurs.

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster gate on the central line underground.
