What you’ll be doing

Your role will be based at Delta Hotel by Marriott Heathrow Windsor working in our outlets; Market Kitchen Restaurant, Brew Bar Lounge, Room Service and our Executive Lounge. You may also be working in our Conference and Banqueting department. We are looking for an outgoing and energetic individual who aims to achieve excellent service and guest satisfaction every day, maintaining the high standards Marriott is known for. You will use your knowledge and skills to create memorable experiences for our guests whilst having the opportunity to develop and grow in order to build on your own career journey. You will enjoy working with a well-synchronized service staff, prepared to do whatever it takes to pull off a flawless experience for our guest. You will feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that you’ve impressed each guest with personalized attention.

What we’re looking for

• Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Previous food and beverage serving experience is a big plus (but not essential)

This is a casual role which means you are part of a pool of workers who will be offered hours as required. You are under no obligation to work a particular number of hours in a week/month. The hotel is extremely busy and this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team in a friendly and welcoming environment. We offer a variety of early and late shifts Monday to Sunday.

The hotel boasts 20 meeting rooms of various sizes and can accommodate from 3 to 350 guests.
