3 posts available with a range of hours and working patterns available including evenings and weekends with day shifts starting at 07:00, with late shifts finishing around 22:00.

Job Description
To provide a courteous and efficient food & beverage service to Warwick Conferences customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational:
- Serving food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to customers.
- Providing the highest level of customer service to all guests.
- Delivering food & beverages to meeting rooms, bedrooms and on and off campus.
- Setting tables – ensuring places set are appropriate to the type of meal served.
- Clearing tables and removing items to the kitchen and scraping plates.
- Handling payments for drinks and wines and taking signatures for items that are to be charged to room accounts.
- Checking of job sheets that detail types of meal served and numbers.
- Weekly stock taking and ordering responsibility for consumable items such as condiments, napkins, stirrers, tea and coffee etc.
- Moving of furniture to facilitate bookings/service.
- Control all stock and cash whilst on duty ensuring all monies are accounted for and that stock levels are controlled and maintained.
- Ensure that all key policies are adhered to, in particular Health and Safety in relation to Food Safety and allergens.
- Receive and check all bar deliveries from suppliers to ensure bar is fully stocked as necessary.
- Roles may be required to work off campus and may be required to deliver food across campus.
- May be required to transport stock and equipment to service areas, using company vehicles.
Health & Safety/Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness/hygiene all bar, restaurant and lounge areas, ensuring that regulations regarding health and safety, fire and food hygiene & allergens are observed and adhered to.
- Ensure all applicable aspects of licensing regulations are adhered to.
To undertake any other duties as from time to time maybe required commensurate with the grade of the post.
