About a role:
As a Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant at Macdonald’s Hotels, you lead the front line in a critical, customer-facing role.
Delivering a memorable breakfast guest experience is important to you. You take pride in making a difference, paying attention to detail, and always seeking to anticipate our guests’ needs.
This role is ideal if you have experience in a similar customer-facing role in hospitality. However, if you have worked in a quality-led customer service role in a different industry and are willing to learn, we will provide you with training and the opportunity to thrive!
Outline Job Description:
· Ensure that all guests are met with a warm and genuine welcome
· Provide friendly, attentive service that is tailored to the specific needs of each customer
· Offer advice and recommendations with confidence, based on your complete and up-to-date knowledge of all menus and the hotel products and services
· Prepare and maintain a safe and clean environment before and during service, with full awareness of the relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures
· Always present yourself smartly and professionally: you are an ambassador for the company and play a crucial part in the successful delivery of excellent guest service
This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.
Salary: £8.00 per hour - £9.80 per hour

Breakfast Shifts from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm.
