We are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help ensure our guests receive an amazing welcome whilst enjoying our dining experiences served at our guest’s convenience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers when they arrive at the restaurant and seating the customers
• Announce any daily or seasonal menu specials
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared with sufficient cutlery and crockery
• All stock is checked prior to opening for service in order to de-brief the team on available stock for that shift
• You will support and assist the restaurant team as well as the back of house team, to ensure fast delivery of food to our customers, whilst ensuring the food meet all our standards.
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals
• Answer to any customer questions including dealing with complaints
• Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary
• Prepare the restaurant after the opening service, ready for the following day

We are looking for:

• A passion for pleasing to ensure our customers have a happy experience.
• Confident Communicator – verbally and written, it’s important to liaise with your guests and your other team members
• Attention to detail – ensuring customer get the correct food delivered to their table
• No training needed as training will be provided
• Bubbly and outgoing personality

Salary: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
