WHO WE ARE?

We are the Motorpoint Arena & National Ice Centre, Nottingham. The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands and home to the Nottingham Panthers. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport, we host over 150 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors every year.

We are currently looking for Food Assistants existing kitchen team to continue to deliver our extensive food offering. Using fresh ingredients & cook to order products to facilitate our varied food offering in the concourse food outlets, Encore & Sub Zero on both event & non-event days.

The team ensure that food is of the highest quality and prepared to the Executive Chef’s recipes to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Previous experience of working in a professional kitchen with high-volume catering environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

An understanding of health and safety and COSHH procedures and holding a Food Safety certificate at level 2 are desirable.

You will be used to working as part of team and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Flexible shifts are available to work around studies & other commitments on event nights but we are also interested in receiving applications from people that are able to work regular daytime hours Monday-Friday.
