Food & Beverage Supervisor Overview:
Be responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations. To provide the highest quality of guest service in the Bar & Grill with the aim at all times to exceed customer expectations, ensure total guest satisfaction, maximize repeat custom and maintain quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join the junior management team.
Food & Beverage Supervisor:
- To deputise, when necessary, for F&B Manager
- In the Managers absence, lead the service of food and beverages to the standard set, supporting the Food and Beverage Assistants
- Lay up and break down of the Grill & Bar for various services throughout the day, as per Function details or as directed.
- Duty Manager shifts from time to time
Salary Breakdown: The role is based on a 45 hour week. The rate is £12.38 per hour, including holiday pay. Totalling £26,741.00pa. Overtime is also available from time to time.
