Outline Job Description:

Working as part of a team, our Food and Beverage Supervisors provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure the high standards we are known for are maintained.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to learn about the broader operations of the hotel as well as build an excellent colleague network. While you will lead in one area of specialism, e.g. Food and Beverage team, you may be asked to provide support across different departments.

This position will be on a 32 hour per week contract, including shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.

Min 1 year of experience working at supervisor level in a similar property.
