We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join and lead the team at Novotel London ExCeL.
What will you be doing?
If knowing your wine list by heart and every single ingredient on your menu is a piece of cake for you, then here is what you will be doing:
- Promote and develop the F&B offering
- Offer and adapt the services to any constraint guests may have
- Establish good relations with guests
- Handle guest comment and complaints, ensuring follow-up
- ... But especially support and develop your team !
Who are we looking for?

- A previous experience in a high volume restaurant is essential, a prior supervisory exposure is a plus.
