Factory Manager in Telford
Up to £30,000, 25 days + 8 Banks, Pension, Life Assurance, Sick Pay and opportunity for training and development
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 – 5, Friday 7:30 – 12:30

The Company:
A successful and secure manufacturer supplying their products to the medical industry. Their bespoke and specialist product portfolio has allowed their clients to be more efficient in their processes and as a result, has saved lives in the long run. Due to increasing demand, this company is looking to grow its team.
The Role:
The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure the smooth running of the factory production output. You will also be managing the processes and procedures across the shop floor making sure that the team is health and safety-conscious and as cost-effective as possible. You will also be accountable for effectively communicating with the factory floor and other managers to implement the company policies and goals.
Requirements:
· Experience in a Textiles Industry (Desirable)
· Background in production and process (Essential)
· Management or supervisory experience (Essential)
· Business administration software skills and experience
· Essential Experience: Must have some experience in supervising teams. Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment. IT Skills
