At the heart of the town of Gainsborough in Lincolnshire, Gainsborough
Old Hall is one of the best-preserved medieval manor houses in England. Built in the late 15th-century it was later developed into a fashionable Jacobean residence before it became the hub of the Victorian social scene.
Today the site welcomes c.16,000 visitors a year to discover the stories of its past, admire the impressive medieval kitchen and the great hall, as well as climb the steps to the top of the tower to take in the views over the town and River Trent.
You will support the management of the food and beverage business to deliver c.£55,000 income per annum.
This will be achieved by leading a small, dedicated team of food & beverage assistants. You will be responsible in running the food & beverage departement alongside fulfilling daily management responsibilities at the Old Hall.
