Food and Beverage Supervisor
30 Hours Contract (Scope for overtime)
We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Carlton Hotel. Reporting directly to the hotel management team, you will be tasked with service of food and beverages to all guests whilst delivering first class customer service. You will be primarily based within the Restaurant and supervising the food and drink service within the restaurant. There will also be scope to work in the functions and events.
And as such as Supervisor you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of service within the hotel; this will involve making various cocktails, coffee’s, food service and other beverages. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, ensuring every guest receives fantastic service regardless the purpose of the visit. You will be an effective communicator and able to lead by example. You will be professionally presented and engaging.
What you’ll need.
- Due to current licensing laws applicants must be 18 or over.
- Previous restaurant experience in a similar quality of environment is essential
- Previous supervisor or team leader experience preffered
- Mixologist experience would be beneficial
- Due to nature of the business, we will require flexibility as the role involves working evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.75-£11.00 per hour
