What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. This role is pivotal to the running of our restaurant, making sure that all guests are subject to the highest possible service standard.
This role is also responsible for engaging with our guests, offering magical experiences, making sure tables are set when required and that all equipment is in proper working condition.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an outstanding Londoner to join our Food and Beverage Department to make a mark in our unique Central London setting. We want you to bring your inner foodie to life and share your passion for Great Food and Your Love of London with our guests, ensuring a memorable visit to The Dilly.
The position assists with promoting outlets, maintaining standards, striving to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting in other outlets when needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You're eligible to work in the UK
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality sector in similar position
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
- You’re highly customer-focused and you see any complaint as an opportunity to provide a better experience to your guests
- You can work in a high-paced environment, and you know how to make each guest feel “special” in all circumstances
- You’re mature, patient and confident
- You have a friendly yet professional communication style
- You will maintain a high level of teamwork by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of department and restaurant goals
- You're motivated to take personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues
Provides excellent customer service.
- Anticipates client’s needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance client's satisfaction.
- Ensures the service delivery of high-end drinks, cocktails and food.
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- Ensures the correct procedure for dealing with customers complaints.
- Responds effectively to guest opportunities.
OTHER
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
- Working hours as required to do your job and outlined in your contract.

Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
