Our client is a progressive, private equity-backed software and services company with a threefold structure: a services unit that modernises traditional reseller businesses through technology, an e-commerce division harnessing the digital landscape, and a software subsidiary crafting and managing its proprietary e-commerce ERP platform (PSP).

We are looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager who has worked in either managed services or technology companies and is experienced in project and implementation management within a growing business.
TOP ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Project Management of all new customer onboardings, managing from contract signing through to solution implementation, go live and post reviews.
- Owner of the project planning documentation, RAID logs and success criteria measurement
- Management of all project stakeholders, customers, and 3rd party supplier partnerships
- Lead the Data ETL process, ensuring critical business data from legacy ERP platforms transfers seamlessly onto our platform.
- Design and deliver training and induction programs, educating new customers on how to drive business value and efficient business processes through the adoption of technology.
- Partnering with customer success teams, identify, evaluate and analyse customer needs to configure the best solution and deliver on those needs.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Required:
- You will have a minimum 1-2 years of project management experience
- You have previous experience working on new customer onboarding projects
- You are structured and deadline driven
- You are experienced at delivering end-customer training programs
- You are tech savvy with experience in working hands-on with data
- You have experience in managing large groups of stakeholders
Desired:
- Project Management qualifications / certification
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be in the office 2 days a week. The office is a 5minute walk from Aldgate metro station.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
