IKEA Lakeside are looking for an IKEA Food Operations Manager to lead our team to deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food, a passion for all things food is key !
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5years leadership experience in a fast-paced environment and will know how to execute plans in a good way, you truly make things happen!

WHAT WE OFFER
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, you will work a variety of shifts from 7am to 10.30pm, with alternative weekends off.
Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.

To drive growth, improved profit and brand position by providing optimized, standardised and digitalised solutions, tools and ways of working for food operations.
To support the markets to ensure food operational excellence leading to safe, consistent high food quality and a joyful customer experience within all customer and co-worker meeting points.
To drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In the role as Food Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving food operational excellence and ensuring a commercial food experience that is safe, people and planet positive, healthy and delicious, affordable and convenient, human and joyful, with a Swedish touch. You are also responsible for leading the Food team, strengthening food operational competence and leading activities to address key gaps of food quality and operational effectiveness and efficiency.

- Starting salary of £43,000 per annum, based on Experience and Competence
- 39 hours per week working 5 days a week, alternative weekends off.
- Expected Starting Date: To be discussed at interview
