We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager for our 5 Star The Grand Hotel and Spa, this role comes with structured career progression within Hand Picked Hotels.
Grand Hotel and Spa Jersey, really is the jewel in the crown, with its 4 AA rosette restaurant, terrace dining overlooking the sea, champagne lounge, private dining, luxurious bedrooms, spa and leisure club making this a destination hotel with so much to offer.

About the role:
- As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for delivering a high quality level of service to all our guests by driving consistent quality standards across the department as we continue our journey to create magical experiences for all our guests.
- As Food and Beverage Manager you will be an innovative individual with excellent leadership skills and a well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage.
- With the support of a team of 4 other managers reporting into you, you will inspire and motivate your wider and well trained team to smile, have fun and deliver the highest level of guest engagement and service in line with expectations of The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa.
- This is not a first appointment role and will suit an experienced Food and Beverage with multi outlet food and beverage experience.
- You will have access to excellent Hand Picked training courses to support your development and enhance your career journey within the hospitality industry and within a driven environment.
- You will be part of a wider management team who have collective responsibility for the overall success of the business.
About you:
- To be considered for this role you must have current Food and Beverage Management experience within a 4 or 5 star multi outlet food and beverage operation, within the UK.
- It is essential you have an excellent knowledge of both food and beverage including working within a multi-rosette restaurant operation and are up to date with modern trends.
- Strong commercial acumen, ability to manage costs and drive sales.
- Experience of planning, developing and implementing new initiatives, leading and coaching a team.
- A proven track record in exceptional service delivery and achieving goals and objectives above and beyond the guest expectations.
- Proficient in hotel software, excel and word.
