Job description

We need an ambitious Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure a high level of service is executed across all the outlets and lead the F&B team. We need someone to embody our four core values:

WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, and working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the food and beverage team, managing financials, recruitment, and team development, stock management and health and safety. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing restaurant teams and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations;
  • Implementing and maintaining operating systems and processes beneficial to the restaurants;
  • Inspiring, motivating and training staff to deliver exceptional experiences; and
  • Managing the restaurants financials, GP, and general P&L.

WHAT DO I NEED?

We are looking for someone who embodies our values first and foremost and to ensure we find the right person for the role we will seek people who have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or F&B Director within a hotel setting. Experience as a restaurant General Manager overseeing multiple premium restaurants is a bonus too.
  • Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing data, providing forecasts and looking at revenue.
  • Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team.
  • Track record of executing consistency at high volume.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.
