Job description
Catering & Beverage Manager, you will provide customer service to guests arriving at the venue that is flexible and responsive to their needs ensuring the smooth operation of the venue. Responsible for the day to day running and set up of the events to agreed company standards and policies. Other Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring that standards of food and service are consistently excellent.
To be responsible for training and inspiring a local team to ensure high standards of customer service.
Liaise with the contract / venue and develop a productive working relationship.
Liaise with key manager regarding events.
Control site Cleanliness in areas that Caterers are responsible for.
Maintain Standards and Quality.
Ensure good methods of stock rotation are implemented.
To accurately collate end stocks and drink requisitions.
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours over 5 shifts per week.
Applicants must be flexible to work a range of shifts.
Working shifts across a 7-day operation. Full time hours with 2 days off per week
Who are you?
We would particularly welcome applications from catering staff who have one years minimum experience as a managerial role in hospitality. Passionate about guest service and ability to lead from the front. Due to the locations of our properties, it can be difficult to reach by public transport, therefore access to your own transport is advisable.
