Job description
Are you friendly, approachable, and looking to enjoy a role in hospitality? We are recruiting team players with a warm personality who will share in the delivery of great experiences for our guests. You will play your part in a fantastic holiday experience for our residents, friendly service to our celebrations and pride yourself in making someones wedding day special.
The successful applicant will be working within a food and beverage team which includes Bar and Food service, clearing and relaying function rooms and other general duties. Shifts will involve serving our guests in the Brasserie bar and Restaurant or in one the function rooms which host Banquets and Weddings for up to 200 people.

- Shifts can be flexible but would include evening and weekends
- Due to our location and the early / late shifts own transport is recommended.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age.
- Experience in a customer facing role preferred but full training will be given.
Hours of work can vary but will include weekends.
