A rare opportunity has arisen to join our operations team as F&B Manager at award-winning Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds. We are a family owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring two 3-AA rosette restaurants (Back Garden and chef's tasting table restaurant MO), the hugely successful House Spa, beautiful lounges and nooks, and a laid back, yet truly luxurious ambience. It really is “the hotel that hugs”.
Located at the top of our 600-acre hillside estate, Dormy House's hospitable and hard-working team requires a passionate and exacting F&B Manager to help lead, coach and develop our superstars, manage budgets, control costs and lead by example in providing superb hospitality at every moment to our guests. Working across our two restaurants, our Spa café, and our bar, our ideal candidate has worked in 3 AA+ rosette and/or Michelin listed/starred restaurants/boutique hotels and will bring fresh thinking and tonnes of energy and enthusiasm to the role, as well as support of and great collaboration with our talented chefs.
We offer an excellent salary of £42,000 per year, plus service charge (around £2,500-£3,000 per year).
