Hours: 37.5 hours over 5 days per week

Salary: Up to £45k base salary with car allowance of £4,250 per year and additional benefits

Location: Leicester Office base with national travel as required


Atlas Hotels is on the look out for its next superstar! We are keen to maximise our Food and Beverage profitability across our 58 hotels and have created a BRAND NEW role of F&B Product Manager to help us do this.


What will the F&B Product Manager be doing?


  • Maximising Food and Beverage profitability through driving a focus on service, selling, category management, pricing optimisation, promotions and stock management/controls in hotels.
  • Manage the product development process from ideation to launch
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure the right products in the right hotels are on offer at the right time to meet guest demand
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product marketing campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance/statutory standards at the point of menu/range updates (including, but not limited to, allergens and calorie information)
  • Yield manage bar pricing, understanding regional nuances and connecting to longer term negotiations with suppliers
  • Optimise event/promotion strategy, driving F&B approach with relevant stakeholders
  • Devise incentive schemes for employees to drive sales through upselling
  • Agreement of Standard Operating Processes for hotels to simplify operations’ approach, reduce wastage as a result of effective stock management and optimise profitability

What experience and skills do you need to have to do the role?


  • An extensive background in F&B product/category management, ideally in a multi-site hospitality business
  • Experience reviewing ‘current state’ and delivering a focused strategy and clear product approach
  • Demonstrable experience of increasing F&B profitability in previous roles
  • Commercially minded
  • Effective relationship building skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business
