F&B Attendant

We at The 55 by Le Mirage, managed by Cycas Hospitality, have dedicated team that get to be their true selves so that they can deliver positively OUTRAGEOUS service. We put people at the heart of everything we do and are looking to recruit a friendly, spirited F&B Attendant for our new boutique hotel.
The role will initially be dedicated to the delivery of the breakfast service and will soon expand to the afternoon tea and light snack service.

What will you be doing?
- Mise en place / food and beverage preparation
- Assist with receiving and storage of goods
- Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
- Assists with preparations for food and beverage functions and service
- Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service including:
- Cleaning of equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining glassware and china for service
- Preparation of waiter service stations
- Preparation of tables
- Serving of beverages
- Table service
- Recording of replacement stock
- Billing procedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
- Ordering and storage of mini-bar items
- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
- Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
- Cross training provided at Reception
- Perform other duties when required
