Job Introduction
We are looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Assistant for our restaurant and takeaway establishment to provide day-to-day food and beverage service to the customers. Additionally to ensure standards of preparation, cleaning, and delivery service. Meeting the needs of the company and customers. Great benefits and tips!
Role responsibilities a
Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for the:Ensuring the correct standard is set and adhered to in all areas of service delivery - including table set-up, food, and beverage delivery
Ensuring that company and customer statutory regulations regarding hygiene, health, safety, fire, and security are complied with at all times and that all services provided and presented to the quality and standards agreed upon and maintain consistency throughout
Ensuring all duties are completed within set time scales
Adhering to purchasing and stock take procedures - stock levels and effective rotation reporting at all times in line with the business
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all hospitality areas and in all tasks and duties carried out within the team - with special regard for personal hygiene and appearance
Carrying out any other reasonable duty that may be requested by management
The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate for this role will have:Positive mindset
Previous experience working in hospitality (preferred)
The ability to plan and prioritize
The ability to be able to work flexible times including nights and weekends
Exceptional customer service skills
An eye for detail
