The Firepit is a contemporary, fine dining, sharing-plate experience. All the flavours of world cuisine meet and fuse in our indulgent, re-imagined menu. The smokey, barbecue aromas of the American west combine with the delicately spiced tastes of the far east to create ambitious dishes that excite the tastebuds and showcase the finest in global cooking.
Our exciting Korean Cowgirl restaurant is where your plates will be filled with Korean style dishes. From sticky spare rib stacks to honey butter fried chicken wings, not forgetting our incredible USDA smoked beef brisket in a salt and pepper rub.
Our brisket keeps to central Texas simplicity with a full flavoured rub and it’s low and slow smoked overnight, every night, so it’s always fresh every single day, no exceptions!
The Cowgirl Lounge at Cave Hotel.... think dark, warm tones throughout that is atmospheric, sexy, inviting (and DJ's). We are currently refurbishing and extending our Cowgirl Lounge including building a brand new, custom bar that will allow us to deliver a cutting edge guest experience and a drink offering without equal in Kent and beyond.
We are looking for experienced front of house team members to join us.
