Whatever Honey conjures up for you – Ursula Andress emerging from the Caribbean ocean, or in our case rhyming slang for ‘money’ – it will mean something else once you have experienced working within our sumptuous 2 AA Rosette awarded restaurant "Honey" at Hotel Gotham. We know that we have to be good to compete with the rest of Manchester’s fantastic foodie scene. So we’ve created a restaurant with atmosphere, a menu with a bit of bite and a name to get our guests thinking sweet thoughts.
We are looking for Food and Beverage assistants to deliver a high quality 5 star customer service and experience in our delectable Honey restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills or begin a career within the hospitality industry.
Liaising with the kitchen and bar teams, you will be an expert in conveying menu information to our guests. You will have a passion to deliver a 5 star customer service and prepare all equipment for service.
The guest experience is at the forefront of your mind. You will be confident and engaging in conversation, demonstrating your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality with a friendly yet professional manner. You will be precise, organised and an effective communicator who thrives in a busy environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: £11.50 per hour
