Job Description
- Work with stakeholders to provide operational HR support
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies
- Manage end to end complex employee relation casework, including sickness absence, disciplinaries and grievances
- Identify gaps in performance and provide training where required
- Scope and implement organisational restructures
- Identify and develop succession plans
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, HR policies and procedures
- Oversee induction and on boarding
- Over and support on recruitment and selection processes, from writing JD's and adverts through to offer management and onboarding
- Provide the SLT with reports on HR data
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in the not for profit sector desirable
- Available at short notice
- Experience HR Generalist
