Job Purpose
This role will be working in a dynamic environment, with responsibility for ensuring that customers receive an outstanding experience. You and the food and beverage team will need to work effectively and efficiently to maximise customer spend whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure ‘best practice’ in all customer interactions exceeding their expectations
- Ensure safe and appropriate running of all food & beverage operations in our surf side Bar, Deli and Adrenaline Indoors cafe
- Maintain a tidy and proper working environment for all staff and customers
- Communicate clearly between the customer and kitchen
- When required order front of house and bar stock
- Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities, anticipate needs and build rapport
- Cellar management
- Be proactive in ensuring all customers are welcomed in a timely and appropriate manner
- Cashing up of tills
- Always represent the company in the correct way
- Always deliver your “fair share” in team task elements of the role and support colleagues whose workload may temporarily exceed your own
- Any other duties as appropriate
Key Skills / Experience Requirements
- An energetic, confident, friendly and motivated personality
- At least 1 year of catering experience
- Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work using your own initiative, autonomously as well as part of a team
- A flexible approach to work with a positive attitude
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Level 1 or 2 Food safety qualification
- Basic food hygiene
- Barista trained
- Experience of serving alcohol and laws related to this
- Experience of ordering stock
- Welsh speaker – desirable
Additional Information
- Weekends and holidays are our busiest periods, your working week will reflect this
- You will be given a variable shift pattern
- You may be required to work both sites, both Adventure Parc Snowdonia and the Hilton Hotel

Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
