At the Abbey Hotel we are looking for creative and hospitality led people to join our team. We are a city centre, boutique property with 65 bedrooms with an in-house arty cocktail bar, serving up creative cocktail's and a fresh and delicious restaurant. The job will require shifts during the week and weekends ranging from 11.00 – 23.00. It would be preferred that the right candidate would live locally in Bath.
Duties include:
- Be passionate to develop in the industry.
- Maintaining & building the hotels reputation.
- Waiting tables, greeting guests, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
- Having hospitality 'eyes' spotting what our guest needs before they do.
- Positive, can do approach is a must.
Skills needed:
- Barista experience not essential but preferred
- If you are a hard-working waiter / waitress looking for your next job within a fast-paced customer service environment then this is for you.
- Pro-active with excellent time management & organisational skills.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills with the ability to develop customer relations.
- Strive to deliver great service and having the passion to grow in your role.
