We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic front of house team in one of the most iconic buildings of London’s skyline – The Shard. This amazing vertical city is representing a new approach to expanding the urban landscape and includes offices, restaurants & bars and public spaces with breath-taking panoramic views.
This role is a great opportunity to be part of the professional and fervent team we have on site. We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering customer service excellence and willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients and their guests at this iconic building.
To be successful in this role you will care passionately about creating a positive environment by delivering an exceptional welcome to all visitors. You will be an expert in customer service who will be supporting the team in building strong working relationships with clients, visitors, guests and external contractors. You will also have excellent communication skills and manage challenging situations. Working within a well-established team and environment, you will have the opportunity to get involved in everything that happens around the front desk from meet & greet to administration tasks, meeting room bookings and daily events.
This is a Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week role with weekly rotational shift patterns within the time frame of 07:30am – 19:00.

About The Role
Responsibilities –
- Be a Guest Experience Maker, by ensuring an engaging, quality and memorable experience to all guests of the building
- Offer a seamless service to all internal and external guests
- Enjoys exposure to dealing with VIP clients and high net worth individuals
- Providing a 5 star meet and greet to all visitors promptly, efficiently and complete all related security procedures in a timely manner including offering all appropriate service to ensure a smooth execution of the visitor journey
- Be a team player, by contributing with all tasks
- Possesses IT Skills, Microsoft office, phone and email etiquette
