We are on lookout for a Front Of House Team Member to join our crew.
At Kemptown Project, we run some of Brighton's favourite independent restaurants, and one of the UK's only certified organic coffee roastery. Our goal is not only to create sustain a group of restaurants that Brightonians are proud of but to continue sharing our profits with social projects in Rwanda and the UK. Lucky Beach is an award winning, sustainably focused beach cafe, located directly between the piers on Brighton Beach. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant. Your role is to provide a hospitable environment for customers leaving them eager to return for more of the Lucky Beach experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and energetic attitude and commitment to provide exceptional customer service. Other duties include, fallowing opening and closing procedures correctly, having a comprehensive understanding of food and drinks.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the restaurant's menu and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in setting up tables for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.

Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
